Who controls your information
LYNXBYTE GAMES PSA, seated at Zamknięta 10/1.5, 30-544 Kraków, Poland, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Harnessloop is the company's operating brand for AI systems and engineering services.
What we collect
If you send a workflow brief, we collect your name, work email address, and the information you choose to include. If you book a meeting, Cal.com collects the details needed to schedule it. We may also collect basic technical and usage data when analytics is enabled.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, discuss a possible engagement, schedule a call, understand how the site is used, and protect it from abuse. The legal basis depends on the activity and may be our legitimate interest, steps taken at your request before a contract, or your consent.
Who receives it
Workflow briefs are delivered to our internal Discord channel through a webhook. Meeting bookings are handled by Cal.com. Website hosting, analytics, and other service providers may process the minimum information needed to run the site. We do not sell personal data.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards available under applicable data protection law, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We then delete or anonymise it unless legal, accounting, security, or dispute requirements require a longer period.
